The YWCA Fifty+ program prepares mature job seekers to find and secure stable employment, while minimizing the amount of time they are unemployed. We offer workshops & forums, one-on-one assistance and placement services.

Our program offers employers access to a pool of talent with up-to-date skills. We’ll work with you to understand the requirements of your position and screen and prepare candidates before they meet with you.
